Ohio Right to Life Supports Foster Care Reform Efforts
COLUMBUS, Ohio- Today Attorney General Mike DeWine's Foster Care Advisory Group released multiple recommendations focusing on efforts to improve Ohio's foster care children's safety and well-being. Attorney General DeWine invited Ohio Right to Life to serve as a member of this Advisory Group in order to identify life-affirming solutions regarding child welfare.
Through research collected at various Child Safety Summits and a Foster Youth Symposium, Attorney General DeWine released a detailed Child Safety Summit Report of Findings. Following the release of the Report, the Attorney General formed a Foster Care Advisory Group with the purpose of drafting recommendations to improve the lives of our youth.
