The Anti-Life Circus: Showcasing Pro-Abortion Themes

I recognize the complexities behind how voters identify. I am pleased when I hear known Democrats take the pro-life position, and I am dismayed when I hear known Republicans take the pro-abortionist position. But the political parties as institutions are identifying in fairly clear-cut ways. It’s a real shame for life when one of these institutions takes such a radical stand against it. It’s also a real shame for women.

Not Every Woman, Mr. Obama.

This weekend was full of the type of summer goodness that bursts from Ohio in July. On the drive home from a day out, my hands felt the hard push of cool summer-evening air as we made our way down the corn-lined country roads of our agriculture and small business-built areas of state. But the Ohio peace was broken this weekend by the bombardment of campaign ads that came from every side.
