Ohio Right to Life Releases Ohio State General Assembly Primary Endorsements

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Today, the Ohio Right to Life PAC announced its endorsements for the Ohio General Assembly races in the August 2ndPrimary Election. Ohio Right to Life offered its endorsement in 28 total districts with primaries and we look forward to supporting these strong pro-life men and women as they uphold the sanctity of human life here in Ohio.
The slate of pro-life candidates includes strong leaders like Omar Tarazi—the first Muslim candidate to be endorsed by Ohio Right to Life, Executive Director of Ashland Pregnancy Center Melanie Miller, and Adam Matthews, Vice Mayor of Lebanon, Ohio and attorney for Alliance Defending Freedom. We are also proud to stand behind Representative Shane Wilkin for Ohio State Senate. He is currently chair of the Government Oversight committee where our Human Life Protection Act is being heard.

This election will be the most important election in Ohio’s pro-life history, given the fact that we could be living in a post-Roe and abortion free Ohio by the end of 2022. It is imperative that we elect legislators that will continue to protect and prioritize every citizen in Ohio, including those in the womb.”
