COLUMBUS, Ohio— Today, Ohio Right to Life released a statement regarding the pro-abortion lobby announcing the language of their ballot initiative that would attempt to enshrine abortion into Ohio’s constitution.

Ohio Right to Life’s Director of Communications, Elizabeth Marbach, stated “The language of this ballot initiative is extremely vague, making it even more dangerous than we originally believed it would be.” She continued, “Make no mistake, the abortion lobby is attempting to impose on Ohioans late-term abortion, paid for by taxpayers. They believe that they can rewrite our state Constitution to eliminate all protections for the unborn, including abortions after the point at which babies feel pain—endangering the health and wellbeing of both women and children.”

Founded in 1967, Ohio Right to Life, with more than 35 chapters and local affiliates, is Ohio's oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. Recognized as the flagship of the pro-life movement in Ohio, ORTL works through legislation and education to promote and defend innocent human life from conception to natural death.

In 1977 I was supposed to be aborted because my mother was “too old.” I am still here. We need to end the divide between political parties that exist, which is on 2 issues, Pro-life and Pro-Organized Union Labor. A political party can not be pro-life and anti Union and a political party can not be pro-death and pro-labor union. Talk is cheap and action is loud. If someone says they are pro-life and pro-Union, well the numbers don’t lie. In the U.S. we are down to 10% of all workers being Unionized but over 60,000,000 babies have been aborted, thousands more have been euthanized with legalities in 10 states and in 2020 the regular suicide rate 1 suicide every 11 minutes per the CDC.
They are all related and nobody is exempt. An attack on either issue is an attack on both issues at the same time. Life is needed to exist and Union Labor is needed to exist life with dignity. It is not an option to be on the opposite end of the spectrum on these 2 issues because when political parties divide on these 2 issues, it is destroying the Church, destroying life in multiple ways and destroying America. We need representatives to be 100% Catholic on these 2 issues and to represent life and life with dignity. I am available and I want to be a leader to make positive change and what has to happen. A direct examination of political party policy of anything that goes against life and goes against Union labor issues has to be a key to all political parties. I am willing to lead and to Unite and end the divide to promote life and to promote Organized Union Labor based on God’s will and not by my will.
