Urge the Department of Health to Defund Planned Parenthood

We call on the Ohio Department of Health to immediately enforce Ohio law & bar Planned Parenthood from our tax dollars. The Ohio Department of Health must also cease any current funding that goes to abortion facilities. 

The 6th U.S. District Court of Appeals ruled that the Ohio Right to Life sponsored law defunding Planned Parenthood is constitutional. Please sign this petition to urge the Department of Health to enforse Ohio laws that would protect Ohio taxpayer's conscience rights and no longer use taxpayer money to fund abortion.

    I urge you to defund Planned Parenthood. There are numerous other centers where women can get aggressive and up to date health assistance in all areas of their health and provide education and healthcare. Thank you.
