Grassroots and External Affairs Manager
Janine was born and raised on a farm in central Ohio. She learned the value of hard work, and got her passion for politics, specifically the pro-life cause, from her parents who raised her to value life from conception until natural death. When Janine’s mom was pregnant with Janine, the doctor encouraged her to get an abortion. Abortion was never considered an option in Janine’s family, but she is still thankful that her parents gave her the chance at life! She carries this passion on to encourage other families to let their unborn children have a chance at life.
Janine has been passionate about the pro-life movement for years, and in fact volunteered at a local pregnancy center for awhile. She also enjoys doing sidewalk counseling with Greater Columbus Right to Life as her schedule permits. Janine has volunteered on several campaigns for pro-life politicians, and recently served as field manager of central Ohio in Securing Ohio’s Future, the PAC that was instrumental in helping Governor Mike DeWine get elected. She proudly boasts of maintaining some of the highest voter contact numbers in the state during that campaign.
Janine is currently getting her masters degree in education from Liberty University which she hopes to use to make a difference in educating people about the importance of the dignity of every human life. She comes to Ohio Right to Life armed with excitement and many ideas of how to further the pro-life cause. She gives God the glory for placing her in this position where she can serve and love on others.
