James Hogan is a Catholic theology teacher with 36 years teaching experience, currently teaching at Saint Helen Church in Newbury.   He is the author of Crossways: Forming Ourselves in the Mind of Christ from Alba House and Reel Parables: Life Lessons from Popular Films from Paulist Press.  He also wrote Time Travel: At the Speed of Christ’s Light and Cross Training: An Introduction to Catholic Theology.  Both are available at Amazon.com.  His latest book is Letters from Captain Catholic, which is a simple introduction to Catholic theology in a readable format.  (Also available at Amazon.com.)

In addition to writing and speaking, James collects Pez Dispensers and is a self-described expert regarding Batman.  His greatest claim to fame is his beautiful wife Colleen and their five amazing children: Clare, Kate, Erin, Thomas and Meg.
