COLUMBUS, Ohio— Today, Ohio Right to Life announced a partnership with the national March for Life Organization and Center for Christian Virtue to organize the first Ohio March for Life at the State Capitol in Columbus on October 5, 2022. The rally is scheduled to begin at 11:00am followed by a march starting at noon.
The annual national March for Life at our nation’s capital each year is filled with hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic marchers from across the country who gather to be one voice for the voiceless. Ohio Right to Life is honored to foster that same energy here in Ohio to amplify our voices for the protection of the pre-born.
“This historic march will be an opportunity to showcase to our country that not only does Ohio believe in the right to life for all humans, but we hold the courage to stand on our values and speak out on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves. Elected Officials will be reminded on October 5th that Ohioans are undeniably pro-life and abortion has no home here in the buckeye state,” said Elizabeth Whitmarsh, Ohio Right to Life Director of Communications.
Ohio Right to Life Executive Director Peter Range also remarked, “Every single human person is precious, beautiful and made in the image and likeness of God. I am thrilled to help gather all Ohio citizens who believe in the dignity of each human person, including the pre-born, to stand as one voice for the end to the violence of abortion in our state. Ohio Right to Life is committed to continuing to advocate for the pre-born, help mothers in unexpected pregnancies and continue to build the culture of life by supporting strong families, strong marriages and strong communities. This march will be a witness to the state and the country that Ohio is truly pro-life.”

Hope we can get lots of busses from northeast Ohio to attend. After all, it’s OUR state capitol, and the politicians work for US.
