COLUMBUS, Ohio--Today, Ohio Right to Life announced the hiring of two new team members to join the Columbus office. Janine Baker will be taking on the role of grassroots and external affairs manager, and Allie Frazier will take on the role of social media manager.

“Ohio Right to Life is thrilled to be growing our team to include these two passionate and talented women,” said Stephanie Ranade Krider, vice president and executive director of Ohio Right to Life. “Janine has several years of grassroots experience and we are confident that she will be an asset as we work to change hearts and minds across the state of Ohio."

Baker will be responsible for managing and growing Ohio Right to Life’s extensive grassroots network throughout Ohio, including event planning and volunteer management.

"Allie has been the leader of her local Students for Life chapter for several years and is out on the sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood weekly, counseling and letting women know that there are resources available to them," said Ranade Krider. “Her passion and experience will translate well into helping Ohio Right to Life grow our digital presence.”

Both Baker and Frazier will begin working for Ohio Right to Life on Monday, July 1.

Founded in 1967, Ohio Right to Life, with more than 45 chapters and local affiliates, is Ohio's oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. Recognized as the flagship of the pro-life movement in Ohio, ORTL works through legislation and education to promote and defend innocent human life from conception to natural death.

Take a look at the ORTL leadership and you will see more men besides Mike Gonidakis, President: Marshal Pitchford, Chairman of the Board, Patrick Kunklier, Secretary, Kevin Kelly, Treasurer, Bernie Schlueter, Trustee, Dr. Ashley K. Fernades, President Trustee. Also, if you go to any peaceful demonstration here in Columbus there are many men involved too. This is not a feminist issue, it is a moral one!

And anti-lifers (people who support abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia) say that the pro-life movement is not a women’s movement. I laugh! That guy in the back (hi, Mike!) is the only male there. I laugh again!
