Oral Arguments on the Down Syndrome Non-Discrimination Act

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati will hear oral arguments in the case Preterm v. Lance Himes. This is the case in which Preterm (the abortion facility in Cleveland) and other pro-abortion groups teamed up to sue on our Down Syndrome Non-Discrimination Act that was signed into law in December 2017. The oral argument will be held at the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse (100 East Fifth Street Cincinnati). The oral arguments for the day begin at 9 A.M. Because the Preterm v. Lance Himes arguments are third on the January 30th docket, its best to arrive at 9 A.M. or a little before to get a seat, and just in case the first two cases go quickly. The oral arguments will take place in room 403.
