Yesterday, Planned Parenthood's research arm, the Guttmacher Institute, reported that in 2014, abortions in America fell to their lowest level since Roe v. Wade. 

We are excited to announce that once again we will be co-hosting a reception in Washington, D.C. following the March for Life with pro-life U.S. Senator Rob Portman and Congressman Jim Jordan! This Ohio March for Life Reception also has the support of seven other pro-life Congressmen from Ohio: Congressman Mike Turner, Congressman Warren Davidson, Congressman David Joyce, Congressman Bob Gibbs, Congressman Pat Tiberi, Congressman Bill Johnson, and Congressman Jim Renacci.

As our team finalizes our plans for the March, we want to make sure that you have all of the resources you need to speak out for life this January. 

On January 22, 2017, our country will mark 44 years since the U.S. Supreme Court issued Roe v. Wade. But to the ire of abortion advocates nationwide, the glory days of Roe are in great peril. 

Just two weeks ago, pro-life Governor John Kasich signed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, prohibiting abortion when babies can feel pain, or at 20 weeks gestation. Now, left-wing media outlets are running scared of Ohio Right to Life's legislative strategy to reverse Roe v. Wade and end abortion.

Last week garnered both setbacks and gains for the pro-life movement in Washington, D.C. First and foremost, we have to express our gratitude toward Senator Rob Portman, Congressman Jim Jordan, and their staffs, for the tremendous hospitality that they showed to Ohio marchers during such an eventful week. While we are disappointed at the fallout over the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, we want to update you on some positive pro-life activity in our nation's capital.
