A new video posted on YouTube features Ted Strickland, pro-abortion candidate for US Senate, joking that Justice Antonin Scalia's death came "at a good time." 

As you know, Justice Scalia's passing struck the pro-life community hard. The loss of Justice Scalia was the loss of a brilliant legal scholar who opposed Roe v. Wade in strong, unrelenting language. Justice Scalia's death set into motion a race to fill his vacancy, increasing the stakes for Election 2016. 

Yesterday, the Supreme Court of the United States sided with the abortion industry in a 5-3 decision that struck down health and safety regulations for abortion facilities in Texas, a terrible loss for pro-life Americans everywhere.

You might be asking, just what is Whole Women’s Health v. Hellerstedt? It’s a case that made its way up to the Supreme Court. The case surrounds two Texas abortion regulations that were passed in 2013. The first says that an abortionist must have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the abortion facility. The second says that abortion facilities must meet the standard that is laid out in Texas law for traditional ambulatory surgical facilities.
