After a 95-0 vote in the Ohio House on June 12, 2013, the unanimous bipartisan passage of Sub. HB 108 made possible the inclusion of this same legislation in the budget that Governor Kasich signed into law. We applaud the fact that each and every Democrat present voted for such an important and life-saving initiative.
